I first used this shampoo and conditioner at a boutique hotel in Portland, Oregon. After noticing how well my hair behaved after using it, and then noticing how I didn’t like how it did after using my shampoo at home, I called the hotel to find out what brand of shampoo they provided to their guests. When they told me it was Firsthand, I found you online and bought it. Word to the wide: it doesn’t foam up. That does not mean it’s not working. If it feels like it’s not getting worked around well enough, add a little more water to your hair and let that disperse it around your head. It leaves my straight hair light and bouncy but not frizzy. Awesome product and lovely, clean, foresty scent.

This fluffy, creamy conditioner is great. It smells great, is very easy on my hair, and leaves a noticeably (better) difference in my hair. Great conditioner

I've typically always used store bought shampoo's because I have a dry, sometimes flaky scalp. I took a chance on this shampoo and am very impressed. It smells great and leaves my hair feeling hydrated and fresh. This isn't a "soapy/sudsy" shampoo like I'm used to, so that's been a bit of an adjustment but besides that it's fantastic.

Love it! My hair is bleached and I’ll use this after purple shampoo to rehydrate and it’s lovely !

Started with their hair clay and absolutely loved it’s performance and smell. The conditioner and shampoo are also amazing. The shampoo is very gentle and doesn’t strip your hair. The conditioner makes my hair feel soft and healthy. Both smell great but aren’t overpowering.
