What is it?
Utilize our subscription service to receive your favorite products in increments of 1, 2 or 3 months. When you sign up we will automatically send you your order on your schedule so that you don't have to worry about re-ordering when you run out!
Subscriptions include all products except our Limited Run collection.
How does my subscription work?
When you shop for our products you'll notice the option to subscribe where you will be shown the discounted price as well as choose what delivery cadence you'd like.
After placing your order you will receive an email notifying you of the order and subscription details. We will fulfill that order as usual and then, depending on what cadence you have selected, we will ship your product on that schedule. We'll send a reminder to you a few days before the order goes out as a reminder.
Will my subscription ever expire?
Your Firsthand subscriptions will not expire. We will fulfill your subscription orders until we receive a cancellation request from you. You can make that request in your account or by emailing us at email@example.com.
When will I be charged?
Your first order will be processed as usual. Every following charge will happen automatically on the anniversary of your first order in the cadence dependant on your selection.
What are the shipping costs for my subscription?
Shipping costs are standard with subscriptions. Our free-shipping discount is still applicable when subscription orders total over $50.
How do I make changes to my subscription account?
It's easy! You can change your delivery frequency, update the product quantity, or your billing and shipping address anytime by logging into your Firsthand customer account and selecting “Manage Subscription”. Changes to orders can be made anytime within 24 hours of the next scheduled shipment date and you can cancel at any time.
To change shipment frequency, log into your account and select “Manage Subscription” to be redirected to your subscription account. Click the link below “Frequency” to choose between the interval options.
To skip a delivery, log into your account and select “Manage Subscription” to be redirected to your subscription account. Click the Order link then “Skip Order” to confirm. To hold an order or change an order date, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
