Meghan O'Connor and Dani Niedzielski, the duo behind The Captain’s Daughters, left their long-spanning careers in Luxury and Tech to found The Captain’s Daughters, a brick and mortar retail concept, on Cape Cod. The pair’s impressive history includes executive roles at Marc Jacobs International and Tesla Motors as well as roles at Ghurka, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton. 

Meghan and Dani opened their first brick and mortar location in Provincetown, Mass in May of 2017. The shop’s genius lies in the mix of concepts. The Captain’s Daughters is one part tea-bar where they import and blend their own line of teas and serve hot and iced drinks. It is another part boutique featuring elevated souvenirs they design and produce alongside a mix of home goods and wellness items. Lastly, the walls and physical space are used for rotating gallery shows and pop-up animations of independent designers and makers. The Captain’s Daughters has been featured in The Boston Globe and Condé Nast Traveler, among others.
