It cleans very well with a small amount used. It is different version of shampoo that is not sudsy, but it cleans well. Smell is outstanding.

This is what I needed honestly my hair looks healthier it has a shine to it now, I must recommend to anybody that reads this that you should get the scalp massager as well you will notice the improvement on your scalp and hair.
Had been super impressed by the values of firsthand but not sure if the product was the right fit for me - female w/ long fine hair w/ oily scalp but dry ends, shower daily after exercise, use salicylic acid body wash to keep body acne away. I got these to try them out and I am now buying the refill pouches because they worked out so well - so yay! Clean scalp, volumous locks, clear skin! In 3 weeks I went through the whole conditioner, I’m half way through the shampoo and 1/3 of the way through the body wash. I follow with ceraVe SA body lotion +retinol serum and hair oil. Can’t wait for firsthand to come out with a body lotion (please put salicylic acid and retinol in it!).
